COURSE OVERVIEW

This course is for the financial manager, designed to develop a student’s ability to apply a variety of financial calculations to a range of business problems, including capital budgeting decisions, management of funds, security analysis and the financial implications of various kinds of investment, financing and dividend decisions.

During the 5 days training you will:

• Evaluate investment decisions using capital budgeting techniques.
• Calculate and interpret the cost of capital of a corporation.
• Evaluate alternative sources of financing and the impact on capital structure and risk.
• Determine the value of securities in capital markets and apply statistical measures to measure risk and return of both individual securities as well as a portfolio of securities.
  Evaluate capital structure decisions.
