Antoun is the Transformation Director in LeapToSuccess. As an individual, Antoun is a “Doer”: a committed advisor & entrepreneur working within the field of Organizational Transformation in both public and private sectors. He has strong engagement techniques as well as interpersonal and motivational skills. He has over 10 years of international experience in the private and public service industry sectors.

Over the span of 10 years, he has consulted and trained both regionally and internationally with various local and international organizations. Antoun believes transmitting knowledge and know-how should be done in an interactive way. His style of “room management” is based on the trainee’s feedback loop, making the training session sound like a well-relaxed get-together, by building rapport with attendees and bringing the knowledge out of them for optimal learning curve experience.

Participants have previously lauded his training and consulting engagements and many organizations have seen a tangible change in their performance and have reported increased productivity as a result of Antoun’s interventions.
